Cancellation Policy

I understand things come up! *Life happens!* However, If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel/reschedule 24-48 hours prior to your appointment! • No-Show appointments & cancellations less than 24 hours prior to service will be subject to a fee UP TO 50% & will be required to pay a deposit before rebooking. • Arriving later than 15 minutes to a scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable 30% late fee & possible cancellation/incompletion of service. Please be mindful that your promptness is crucial not only to you, but to the appointment(s) after you as well! • Thank you for understanding that these policies are put in place to protect the sustainability of my business!
